Sleep and Snoozing in Daytime

Experts state that having fifteen to thirty minutes of sleep every afternoon makes for an excellent nap. It’s better to snooze in the late afternoon when you’ve been awake for almost 8 hours already than to snooze in the morning time when you’ve just been awake for a wee bit.
